Make A Healthy Mexican Dip
By being selective with your ingredients you can definitely make this a healthier dip than those you would purchase from the store.
Since you are mixing it up, you know it contains only spices and herbs.
You will know that there are no weird fillers and ingredients that you can’t pronounce in this dip mix.
When you get ready to mix up your dip you can select lower fat versions of the sour cream and mayonnaise if you are watching your fats.
Substitutions For Fiesta Dip
As I mentioned above you can always lower the fat in this dip by choosing lower fat versions of the sour cream and mayonnaise.
Another way to change up the dip would be to use your favorite greek yogurt alongside one of the other ingredients above. Or maybe use only greek yogurt.
This Mexican dip could also be made dairy free by choosing a dairy free version of yogurt or sour cream.
Be adventuresome and experiment when you mix up your dip to come up with your own favorite combination.
